Enhancements

  • Administration: You can now configure Inventory field attributes from System Preferences. You can modify Inventory Manager fields as follows:

    • Set a field as Required (Yes/No).

    • Force a Default Value (Yes/No).

    • Set a Default Value (Text Value).

    • Set Tab Position (Drop-down box to choose which Tab the field will appear on within the Form).

    • Select the Form Position (Drop-down box to choose the numbered position in which the field will appear on the Tab/Form (i.e., "2 of 5").

    • Set a field as Read Only (Enable/Disable) - Visible but not editable.

    • Add field length on Field Attributes form.

  • Inventory Manager: The module Circuit Charges was added to the Circuit section of Inventory Manager. The new module allows you to create charges, assign charges to circuits, and search all circuit charges in your system.

  • Analytics: Added a range-based filter for Billing Month > Calendar Year in Analytics.

  • Analytics: Added a Between filter to Cycle, Year, Month type fields. Users can select dates and screen data between the selected dates.

  • Analytics: Added Year, Quarter and Month filters to the Filter Modal and On-Page Filter Drawer.

  • Analytics > Bill of Services: You can now run a report based on User Defined Date Fields.

  • Analytics: Added Product Component and Sub-component fields in Inventory Manager wizard of Analytics.

  • Subscriptions: Users can now select to send subscriptions manually, outside of the scheduled task when needed.

  • SDI: Users are now able to delete uploaded files.

  • SDI: Added Versions to SDI file processing emails when processing version-based destinations (i.e., Financials, Allocations, etc.)

  • SDI: Optimized the Neo4j cache refresh process when executing changes in service cost modeler.

  • SDI: Optimized file processing to recognize "-" properly in numerical data so process does not fail.

  • The server is no longer terminating session prematurely.

  • On Page Filter values now pass properly when drilling down to another dashboard.

  • Fixed an issue caused by the “&” character when a user enters the character in a Billing inventory record.

  • The Undo/Redo operations now work properly in Service Cost Modeling > Visual Modeling.

  • Saved emails are now displayed properly when an admin user adds individual emails to an email list in Administration > Email List.

  • Logic has been added to account for a non-printable "Substitute" character (ASCII CODE 26) located at the end of .CSV files. Files are now processed properly.
